Made for every court
One booking board, each sport its own rules
BoardIt works straight away for any club with courts. Set the sport per court; the board works out the playing time and number of players for you.
Tennis clubs
Playing time depends on the number of players: fifteen minutes per player, with an optional extra quarter per court.
Padel
Fixed playing time per court, 90 minutes by default, always with four players.
Pickleball
Fixed playing time per court, 60 minutes by default, with the number of players you choose.
Multi-sport clubs
Tennis, padel and pickleball courts side by side on one board, each with its own rules.
Why clubs choose BoardIt
Everything your club needs, nothing it doesn’t
Book in a few taps
Pick a free slot, add your playing partners, confirm. On any phone, tablet or computer, in landscape or portrait.
Drag to move
Move a booking to another time or court on the same day. BoardIt checks players, playing time and opening hours.
Always up to date
The board refreshes itself. Everyone sees the same bookings at all times, even when someone else has just booked.
Confirmation with calendar file
When booking, moving or cancelling, every player gets an email with a calendar file. You can edit the texts yourself.
Coaching and league play scheduled (Pro)
Recurring bookings, one-off or weekly, keep courts free for coaching, league matches and tournaments.
Your data, your website
BoardIt runs entirely in your own WordPress. No app, no fees per member, and old bookings are anonymised automatically (GDPR).
